April is the founder of the International Law firm NOVUS LAW & ADVISORY GROUP and heads the Firm’s corporate and commercial department. She also deals with labour and immigration matters. She is known as a vibrant young Lawyer with a storytelling talent in her line of work and an acute knowledge of the business environment.

She has a solid understanding of the theoretical aspects of the legal profession in the corporate industry. Her knowledge is bolstered by eight years of experience dealing with corporate matters, particularly venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, in a wide range of industries. April can manage and maintain client expectations from working on assignments under pressure in a variety of roles that require work to be delivered professionally, punctually, and within budget.

April also understands the commercial realities of doing business being an entrepreneur herself. Having such a reputation enables her to have the necessary connections to get business done. April holds herself to a level of service commensurate with the requirements of both the local and international clients which enables her to cater to a variety of industries and clients.

Moreover, April is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, and a registered arbitrator with the Tanzania Institute of Arbitrators (TIA) and National Construction Council (NCC). She is also the founder of the social enterprise, Esquire Solutions. The community interest-based enterprise provides legal information and assists young lawyers to become employable.

Grace’s dedication to her profession and her tireless efforts to address legal matters make her an invaluable asset in any office dealing with legal issues. She is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate, always striving to find equitable solutions for her clients and cases.

As a legal professional, Grace Antony Gibson continues to make a positive impact in the world of law, and her passion for justice shines through in every aspect of her work.

Sarah works at Novus Law & Advisory Group as a legal officer. She has been active in the sector for more than four years and has two years of experience in partnerships, businesses, and intellectual properties. She is a colleague with exceptional research, drawing, and analytical abilities. She is currently employed by Novus Law & Advisory Group, where she has gained experience in a variety of fields, including corporate structures, tax law, banking and finance law, consulting and advisory services, contracts, immigration services, corporate and commercial law, contract law, foreign direct investments, tax law, employment law, intellectual property law, etc.

She consistently provides service while making sure she meets the expectations of the clients and that the interests of the clients are her first concern. She graduated LLB at St. Augustine University Of Tanzania.

Naima is a hardworking and enthusiastic team player who completed her LLB at Mzumbe University and works as a Legal Trainee at Novus Law & Advisory Group. She has 2 years Legal Experience in Corporate and Finance Law with a special interest in Agribusiness Development. She assists in the Corporate and Business Development Group. Naima is currently in the process of completing her Law School Studies to be admitted to the Bar in 2023.Naima is a highly accomplished legal professional with a deep passion for justice and a strong commitment to the field of law. Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from University of Dodoma, Naima has made significant contributions to the legal community throughout their career, She works as a Legal Trainee at Novus Law & Advisory Group.

As their career progressed, Naima took on increasingly challenging roles within the legal field. They served as a legal consultant for a prominent international corporation, advising on complex business transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Their expertise in corporate law and their ability to navigate intricate legal frameworks earned them the trust and respect of both their colleagues and clients.
