OUR PURPOSE AND APPROACH
Our firm assists various entities and individuals navigate in their on-ground research and due diligence and eventually aids in the complete set up of the business in Tanzania through providing legal advice on a
range of Corporate Issues, Reviewing and Preparing Contracts, Immigration and Regulatory Compliance, Ownership and Asset Purchase.
We would provide company incorporation and post-incorporation services, routine annual company secretarial services while keeping our client base up to date with the latest legal and business developments and opportunities for them to become more involved in Tanzania.
